Role Description The Rollback Operator/Heavy Driver is a full-time, on-site role located in Tuscaloosa, AL. Qualifications

• Commercial driving skills, including experience operating heavy-duty trucks, rollbacks, or similar equipment, and a valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of towing, recovery, and load securement procedures, including use of winches, chains, straps, and related safety equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols, conduct vehicle and equipment inspections, and comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and clearly with customers, dispatchers, and law enforcement.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to address minor issues on vehicles and equipment in the field.
• Reliability and time management skills, including the ability to respond promptly to calls and work flexible hours as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior towing, trucking, or transportation experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, climbing, working outdoors in varied weather, and standing for extended periods.
