Acument Global Technologies - North America in Belvidere, IL is seeking a Roll Thread Machine Operator for 1st and 2nd shift. This role sets up and operates Roll Thread equipment, ensures product quality, records data for SPC/ISO/QS, and supports continuous improvement efforts.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience with Roll Thread machines, a high school diploma or GED, strong mechanical aptitude, and basic math skills. Preferred: experience on Hartford, Kyoei, or SEMS machines.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience operating Roll Thread equipment.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Good mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate equipment as trained.
• Follow all safety rules.
• Perform inspection checks to monitor the quality of all parts.
• Record data for SPC/ISO/QS documentation.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Move material by forklift or using non-motorized devices.
• Suggest process improvement ideas.
• All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Team Lead.
