Job summary

Sheridan is hiring for a Roll Tender to order, inspect, mount, and splice paper while maintaining supplies and solutions during production. The role supports a 2 days on/2 days off schedule with 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shifts and potential overtime.

Eligible candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED, 6 months of manufacturing experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A $2,500 hiring bonus is offered after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• Overtime may be required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk frequently.

Responsibilities

• Order, inspect, mount, and splice paper.
• Maintain adequate levels of supplies and solutions.
• Operate within 7:00 AM–7:00 PM shift, 2 days on/2 days off.
• Overtime paid time and a half after 36 hours per week.
