Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work environment for their self and their coworkers.
• Perform daily crane inspections & operations.
• Assist in Roll Shop & Mill maintenance.
• Accurately fill out paperwork legibly and complete.
• Learn to navigate the RMS system.
• Greasing Chocks and updating RMS system when completed.
• Keep RMS updated when wear rings are installed.
• Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
