Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is seeking a Roll-Off Truck Driver (CDL A or B) to join our team. This position offers home daily schedules, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement. Start time is 6am with Monday–Friday shifts and union benefits, providing stable, year-round work.

You will operate a Roll-Off truck, deliver and remove containers, and ensure DOT safety compliance. Valid CDL, air brake endorsement, and at least 1 year of CDL driving are required; 18+ to work in the U.S.

Formación

• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Air Brake Endorsement
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last 7 years
• Clean driving record and strong safety focus
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Driver position may require lifting up to 50 lbs and moving up to 100 lbs, and mounting/dismounting the truck

Responsabilidades

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a Roll-Off truck


• Deliver and remove containers at customer locations


• Transport waste and recycling materials


• Complete vehicle inspections and DOT paperwork


• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards


• Other Duties as necessary


• Routes may require Drivers to navigate through congested communities and confined or tight areas in city locations.


• Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential to successfully perform this job.


• Our drivers routinely climb in and out of the truck cab to service customer accounts.


• Driver pre and post inspections required. Drivers are responsible for ensuring their truck is in compliance with IWS’s safety standards as well as OSHA and DOT regulations, and local traffic laws, prior to and while operating the vehicle.

What You Need

• The Driver Position May Be Required to Repeatedly Lift up to 50 Pounds, & Move & Maneuver up to 100 Pounds, As Well As Mount & Dismount the Truck Multiple Times Every Route
