Jerome L. Taylor Trucking, Inc. in Upper Marlboro, Maryland is seeking experienced Roll-Off Drivers to operate heavy-duty roll-off trucks across DC, Maryland, and Virginia, delivering and exchanging containers and ensuring safe, compliant transportation.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, customer-service oriented, and able to navigate residential and commercial sites, while maintaining accurate logs and documentation. CDL with air brake endorsement and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL and air brake endorsement required.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience driving roll-off trucks preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience; waste industry driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicles in compliance with all safety policies and federal/state/local laws.
• Conduct and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Safely deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at customer locations.
• Secure and tarp loads in accordance with policy and regulations.
• Maintain route logs and disposal tickets; communicate with management on issues.
• Assist with improving route efficiency and safety training attendances.
