Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to safely provide waste removal services across multiple lines of business.

The CDL Driver will collect waste from customer sites and transport to post-collection facilities for proper disposal, while maintaining trucks, completing inspections, and documenting activities. Required: HS diploma or GED, valid CDL, and at least 1 year of driving experience or CDL training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED desired.
• Possess valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Ability to pass safety sensitive criteria and drive and operate the truck safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck and equipment to collect waste.
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections and required reports.
• Communicate mechanical problems to supervisor or mechanic.
• Maintain route quality and safety standards.
• Attend safety and branch meetings and follow company rules.
