Job summary

GFL is hiring a Roll-Off Driver to safely and efficiently remove waste across assigned routes. The CDL Driver will collect waste from customer sites and transport to post-collection facilities for disposal.

Responsibilities include operating the roll-off truck, performing inspections, reporting issues, maintaining route quality, and ensuring safety compliance; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• CDL with valid license.
• 1+ year commercial driving experience or CDL school certificate.
• Ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria.
• Ability to safely operate roll-off truck and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll-off truck and equipment to collect waste.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete reports.
• Report vehicle problems immediately to supervisor.
• Maintain route quality and safety compliance.
• Keep vehicle clean and document services performed.
• Attend safety meetings and work overtime if required.
