Job summary

TXP Environmental, LLC is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to operate company vehicles and service containers while complying with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.

The role requires ensuring the truck is fueled and safe, maintaining required paperwork, and performing pre-/post-trip inspections. Strong English communication, independent work ethic, and experience with onboard technology are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of related medium or heavy truck driving experience.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Excellent heavy truck driving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand and execute work orders via onboard technology.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently.

Responsibilities

• Report to work at designated time in company uniform with PPE.
• Comply with all company and department policies and procedures.
• Operate assigned company vehicles to service containers.
• Ensure the truck is fueled, safe to operate and paperwork is onboard.
• Record and communicate route information via handwritten or electronic means.
• Perform pre- and post-trip truck inspections per DOT regulations.
• Complete and submit a daily Vehicle Condition Report (VCR).
• Report incidents to the supervisor by end of shift.
• Report moving violations or accidents within 72 hours.
• Work and drive productively and professionally at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
