Job summary

Parker Towing, a division of Guardian Fleet Services, is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Roll Off Driver to safely deliver, exchange, and remove roll-off containers at construction sites, commercial properties, industrial facilities, and residential locations while maintaining compliance with all DOT and company safety standards.

You will operate and inspect vehicles, secure loads, and follow DOT regulations, with a minimum of 2 years roll-off experience and a CDL Class A license.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A required.
• Able to operate manual transmission.
• Minimum 2 years of roll off experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Basic mechanical and technology skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and inspect company vehicles and roll off equipment.
• Secure loads and ensure proper weight distribution.
• Deliver containers to designated locations per regulations.
• Follow company and DOT safety regulations.
• Complete daily inspections and required documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally.

• Follow all company and DOT safety regulations
• Complete daily inspections and required documentation
• Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally

Qualifications

• Class A CDL
• Must be able to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Minimum 2 years of roll off experience
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Basic mechanical and technology skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing, bending, pulling, reaching, and crawling
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
