Responsibilities

• Master the Route: Safely transport and haul commercial roll-off containers to and from customer sites in Durham, NC.
• Operate Heavy Equipment: Command roll-off trucks and hydraulic equipment with precision and care.
• Be the Face of GFL: Build positive customer relationships through professional, courteous service on every run.
• Safety First: Complete daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the truck is running in top condition.
• Problem Solve: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and mechanics to keep routes running smoothly.
