• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance checks.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and mechanics to keep routes running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Master the Route: Safely transport and haul commercial roll‑off containers to and from customer sites across the High Point area.

• Operate Heavy Equipment: Command roll‑off trucks and hydraulic equipment with precision and care.

• Be the Face of GFL: Build positive customer relationships through professional, courteous service on every run.

• Safety First: Complete daily pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections to ensure your truck is running in top condition.

• Problem Solve: Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and mechanics to keep routes running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

• Experience: 1+ years of commercial driving experience or completion of an accredited CDL school program.

• Safety Mindset: A proactive commitment to safety, equipment maintenance, and local transit rules.

• Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical requirements of the job (lifting, climbing into cabs/containers, working outdoors).
