Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking a reliable Class B CDL Roll-Off Driver to join our Culpeper, VA team.

This local, home-daily driving role offers steady full-time hours, a consistent Monday-Tuesday off schedule, and a chance to serve local waste removal needs with safety-first operations. You will perform pre-trip inspections, operate a Class B Roll-Off truck, and maintain professional service at commercial and residential sites along your route while adhering to safety protocols and company

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B CDL required; Class A welcomed).
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience OR a certificate of completion from an accredited CDL school.
• Clean driving record and ability to meet safety-sensitive criteria.
• Comfortable performing physical tasks associated with operating roll-off containers, pulling cables, and entering/exiting the truck cab.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class B Roll-Off truck to collect and transport waste materials to disposal facilities.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.
• Maintain clean cab interior and follow company and safety protocols.
• Provide professional and courteous service to commercial and residential customer sites along your route.
• Communicate mechanical issues or route hazards promptly to dispatch/maintenance.

Work Schedule

• Weekend perk: Off by ~8:00 AM on Saturdays and Sundays
