Job summary

Radienz Living is seeking a Roll Attendant to support production in Commack, NY. You will load rolls of nonwoven material onto equipment, thread through the machine, and maintain safety and cGMP standards while sustaining efficient production.

Prior manufacturing experience is preferred; basic math and English are required. The role involves lifting up to 70 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a loud environment; training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in manufacturing, packaging or production is preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Basic math and command of English reading and writing are required.
• Must be able to safely operate the machine for the intended purpose.
• Must be able to keep up with the line speed of machinery.
• Ability to lift repetitively and meet volume demands.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including potential weekends/overtime during high demand.
• Understand and follow cGMP and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage machines to pre-established requirements.
• Ensure machine operations align with company guidelines.
• Hoist rolls of nonwoven material onto machines.
• Troubleshoot equipment and remove jams as needed.
• Supervise machines to ensure efficiency and output quality.
• Move liquid totes to the machine using a hand jack.
• Inspect machinery daily to ensure functionality.
• Produce high-quality finished goods at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform additional duties to support organizational objectives.
