Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, packaging or production environment preferred; training available.
• Basic math and command of English reading and writing.
• Ability to safely operate the machine.
• Must keep up with line speed.
• Ability to lift repetitively and meet volume demands.
• Schedule flexibility including weekends/overtime during high demand.
• Understand and follow cGMP and SOPs.
• Work in varying weather/temperature conditions.
• Fast-paced, loud production environment.
• Team player and able to follow directions.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and manage machines to pre-established requirements.
• Ensure machine operates per company guidelines.
• Hoist rolls of nonwovens onto machine.
• Troubleshoot equipment and remove jams as needed.
• Oversee machines and adjust for improved results.
• Move liquid totes to the machine using a hand jack.
• Check machinery daily to guarantee functionality.
• Produce high quality finished goods at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support objectives.
