Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and reassemble roll assemblies following standard procedures.
• Grind rolls to specifications using grinders and to tight tolerances.
• Braze, weld, cut, solder, and metalize as needed for repairs.
• Maintain records of mill roll maintenance and shop activities.
• Inspect, balance, align, and test equipment per prints.
• Perform preventative maintenance and fabricate parts for assemblies.
