Job summary

stow Group, a global leader in storage and automation solutions, opened its Adairsville, GA facility in 2026 and is expanding. We are seeking a Roll Forming Machine Technician to set up and run the Beam Line to form beams with precision.

You will read blueprints, calibrate equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain the line in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while upholding safety and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.
• Experience with stamping and roll forming presses and manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings, strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of measuring tools.
• Detail-oriented, good problem-solving, teamwork, physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the Beam Line/Roll Forming line and lower duty line.
• Read blueprints and calibrate, adjust and maintain machines.
• Perform quality checks with measuring tools and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain documentation and data guidance to PC.
• Carry out maintenance and welding as authorized; cleaning and organization.

The Roll Forming Machine Technician sets up and runs the beam line to cut, form, and shape metal into specific parts (beams), focusing on quality and precision by reading blueprints, monitoring machines, performing quality checks with measuring tools, and ensuring safety compliance in fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Main Work Activities:

Operation, adjustment, calibration and machine maintenance of the Beam Line/Roll Forming line and the lower duty line.

Operation and data guidance to PC.

Operation of metalworking machines.

Operation of forming machines.

Work with hand and mechanized tools.

Assembly and assembly of products.

Keeping and listing the required documentation.

Performing auxiliary work in maintenance and repair of equipment.

Cleaning is carried out by manual and mechanized means.

Carrying out welding work, if authorized to do so.

Side activities:

Handling trolley operators.

Qualifications

Qualifications :

Education: High school diploma or GED; vocational training a plus.

• Experience: Previous experience with stamping and Roll forming presses and manufacturing.
• Technical Skills : Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings, strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of measuring tools.
• Soft Skills : Detail-oriented, good problem-solving, teamwork, physical stamina (lifting, standing).
