Job summary

Gibraltar Industries is seeking an experienced operator to run roll forming and fabrication equipment, performing adjustments and quality checks to meet production specifications. The role emphasizes efficient changeovers, measurement accuracy, and adherence to 6S and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or trade schooling and 1–3 years of related experience. Forklift certification may be required; some roles offer hybrid/remote work options and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Trade School or High school diploma; and/or 1 year to 3 years of work-related experience at Quality Aluminum Products or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Roll craft, roll form and basic FMA requirement.
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products based on customer requirements.
• Changeover/adjust/run production on roll formers efficiently.
• Set up and run a quality part with minimal scrap.
• Measuring product dimensions to ensure machine accuracy.
• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to safety procedures.
