Job summary

Gibraltar Industries in Hastings, MI is seeking a roll forming/machine operator to run die cut off presses and roll formers. You will measure parts, adjust settings, perform quality checks, and maintain equipment to meet production specifications.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 1–3 years of related experience, and a willingness to operate forklifts/cranes as needed. We offer comprehensive health and retirement benefits and a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Trade School or High School Diploma; and/or 1–3 years of work-related experience.
• Roll craft, roll form and basic FMA requirement.

Responsibilities

• Produce quality products based on customer requirements.
• Changeover/adjust/run production on roll formers efficiently.
• Set up and run a quality part with minimal scrap.
• Measures product dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation.
• Perform minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines and dies.
• May train new machine operators on proper procedures.
