Job summary

Graphic Village in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Roll Finishing Operator for the 3rd shift. No prior experience required; we provide hands-on training and opportunities for advancement within a growing printing and packaging company.

You will support printing and mailing production, set up roll finishing equipment, and help ensure quality throughout the process. This role offers OT opportunities, stable full-time work, and a pathway to skilled production roles.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license to operate a forklift/clamp truck.
• No experience required; hands-on training provided.

What You’ll Do

• Support printing and mailing production
• Set up and operate roll finishing equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine efficiency issues
• Perform regular preventive maintenance
• Stack finished products on pallets
• Inspect materials for quality
• Count and package items for shipment
• Fold cartons and assist with hand assembly
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Operate Clamp Truck to move large paper rolls (internal training certification, no cost)
