The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and manufacturing experience, with 3–5 years preferred, and must pass a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen before offer.

Qualifications

• High school education with previous manufacturing experience.
• Ideally 3 to 5 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and work on feet for extended periods.
• Knowledge of papermaking machinery is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to work with and train candidates with a high level of initiative and personal motivation.
• Background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen required before any offer of employment.

Responsibilities

• Setup and machine calibration.
• Recovery of customers machine rolls.
• Oven operation.
• Draining and filling tanks and vessels.
• Patch covers in plant or at the customers facility by following written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Handle solvents used for cleaning and maintaining machinery and customers equipment.
• Transfer waste from dispenser to containers for proper disposal.
