Polacheck's is one of Southern California's most trusted Rolex Authorized Dealers, with a boutique in Westfield Topanga and a shop-in-shop in Calabasas. As a Concierge at our Topanga Rolex Boutique, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to clients and ensuring an exceptional experience while showcasing the brand's heritage and craftsmanship. This position blends hospitality, operational excellence, and a passion for luxury timepieces to create memorable moments for every client who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all clients at the front entrance, ensuring a welcoming and composed atmosphere to pair each client with an advisor.
• Provide timely, gracious beverage and refreshment service; maintain a neat and fully stocked refreshment station throughout the day.
• Keep all client seating areas clean and presentable, wiping down tables promptly between interactions.
• Assist with back‑of‑house operations including receiving and processing shipments, restocking, and supporting the team with day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
• Gather client feedback to help improve service offerings and address concerns promptly.
• Support boutique events assisting with hosting private viewings and client appointments.
• Uphold impeccable display case presentation in accordance with Rolex boutique standards, ensuring watches are precisely positioned and cases are spotless at all times.
• Complete all opening and closing procedures accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Rolex collections, features, and history to effectively communicate the brand's value and heritage.
• Collaborate closely with the boutique team to maintain a cohesive environment and achieve collective goals.
• Adhere to all company policies including dress code, phone policy, and lunch/break guidelines.
• Communicate openly, escape concerns in a timely manner, and arrive prepared each day.
