ROI Communication is seeking a Project Manager to lead client engagements from initiation to completion, coordinating timelines, resources, deliverables and stakeholder communication. The role drives multiple projects across accounts, builds client relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will manage cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while supporting internal initiatives and continuous improvement of PM processes.
As a Project Manager at ROI, you are a key member of the account team(s), dedicated to supporting client success through effective project planning, coordination and execution. In this role, you are responsible for managing client engagements from start to finish, including timelines, resources, deliverables and stakeholder communication. You may also provide project management support for internal initiatives that advance ROI’s business priorities and operations.

Education
Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or technical school) required
Project management certification, such as PMP, CAPM or equivalent preferred
Experience
4+ years managing complex projects from initiation through completion
3+ years in professional services or client-facing environment preferred
Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at multiple levels
Experience managing multiple concurrent clients and/or internal projects
Experience in event project management and design/creative project management and deliverables a plus.
Technical Skills
Proficient in project management platforms such as Smartsheet, Asana, Wrike, Monday.com, or equivalent ; collaboration and productivity suites including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) and/or Google Workspace; and business communication tools such as Zoom. Ability to learn new technology applications quickly.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools and assistants (such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or ChatGPT ) to enhance project management workflows — including drafting and refining communications and deliverables, generating meeting summaries and action items, synthesizing information, and automating routine tasks. Comfortable using AI-native features within project management platforms (e.g., AI-generated timelines, status reports, or risk flags). Able to evaluate AI output critically, apply sound judgment, and adapt prompts to get accurate, useful results.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $80,000–$110,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills and qualifications.
