Qualifications

• Experience coordinating digital marketing projects, such as campaign planning, performance tracking, and reporting on key metrics.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate marketing strategies and data into clear recommendations.
• Solid organizational and time management abilities, including handling multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, design, content, and analytics).
• Proficiency with common digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., analytics dashboards, CRM systems, project management software).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in an agency or client-facing marketing role is preferred; familiarity with ROI-driven strategies is beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, maintaining productivity and communication both on-site and remotely.
