Job summary

Alinabal, LLC is seeking a CNC Milling Rod Form Specialist to set up, operate and maintain CNC milling machines for rod-formed components. You will read blueprints, monitor operations, and ensure parts meet exact specifications while supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating CNC milling machines in a rod-forming or precision environment.
• Ability to read drawings, blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using micrometers, calipers and gauges for inspection.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and G-code is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture rod-formed components per specs.
• Interpret blueprints and work instructions for accurate machining.
• Monitor operations and adjust as needed to stay within specs.
• Inspect finished parts with precision measurement tools for quality compliance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality inspectors to improve processes.
• Maintain production records including machine settings and audits.
• Follow safety procedures and assist with operator training as needed.
