Responsibilities

• Skill Development: Lead engaging practices focused on improving core mechanics like ball control, dribbling, aerial accuracy, powerful clears, and wall/ceiling play.
• Strategic Coaching: Teach rotations, positioning, and situational awareness to help players make smarter in-game decisions.
• Boost Management & Pathing: Analyze player movement and guide efficient pathing techniques to optimize boost usage and maintain pressure.
• VOD Reviews: Review match footage to identify and address positional errors, rotational breakdowns, and communication gaps.
• Team Dynamics: Build strong 2v2 and 3v3 team communication, foster effective passing plays, and help players synergize their mechanical roles.
• Character Building: Promote healthy gaming habits, tilt management, and good sportsmanship to create well-rounded players.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a coach who is not only skilled in Rocket League but also passionate about youth development. Here are the qualifications and skills you'll need:

• Game Proficiency: High-level competitive experience, such as being currently or recently ranked in Grand Champion or Supersonic Legend.
• Teaching Experience: Previous experience working with youth (e.g., coaching, tutoring, or camp leadership) is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: The ability to simplify complex concepts like aerial physics and rotational strategies for younger players.
• Reliability: Consistently punctual and dependable for weekly coaching sessions.
• Safety: Must pass a background check to ensure a safe environment for our players.

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: Part-time, approximately 5-10 hours per week.
• Pay: Competitive hourly or per-session rate.
