Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of advanced coaching experience; college coaching preferred.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Strong service-oriented skills and exceptional customer service attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse backgrounds and promote a positive environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and oral.
• Ability to work irregular hours, evenings or Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Coach in providing instruction to student-athletes in Rocket League.
• Assist in planning, organization, and implementation of inter-collegiate games and practices.
• Help build a cohesive and competitive esports program.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic performance.
• Adhere to NCAA, GLIAC, and other regulations.
• Recruit student-athletes under guidance of Head Coach.
• Take leadership role in the athletic program.
• Support Athletic Department on athletic issues as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold university values.
