Job summary

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, construction management, or a related technical field.
• Experience with 3D CAD and basic construction principles.
• Coursework includes thermodynamics, heat transfer and fluid mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Design facilities and infrastructure to support propulsion test stands, including 3D modeling and layout.
• Solve a wide range of technical challenges across timeframes and complexities.
• Assist in managing projects from concept to construction and signoff.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Learn and apply MEP design principles for efficient manufacturing and office layouts.
• Gain exposure to industry standards, building codes, and facility best practices.
• Attend team meetings, engineering reviews, and vendor presentations.
