Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or aerospace engineering from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of applicable experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in hardware manufacturing activities and test campaigns.
• Proficient in CAD, scheduling, issue tracking, and typical Office software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage work instructions and test plans for daily test operations and maintenance.
• Provide technical direction to technicians for hardware removal and installation.
• Define and support test article maintenance, inspection, repair, and rework.
• Manage hardware configuration and pedigree throughout testing.
• Review non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and deploy recovery strategies.
• Research and develop improved methods, tooling, and systems to increase cadence and reliability.
