• Superior customer service and clear verbal/written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Must lift 30–45 pounds or equivalent to lead sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work desk shifts at the Rockwall.
• Deliver customer service in line with Chelsea Piers Standards of Excellence.
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
• Greet, assist, and accommodate guests.
• Coach Rockwall private lessons as needed.
• Participate in special and member events as scheduled.
