Job summary

Transformation Ministries Camping seeks a Rock N Water Ambassador in California to connect with churches, schools and other organizations, presenting camp options and closing sales in the designated region. The role is part-time (5-10 hours/week), with reporting to Camp Director and a start/end date of 2025-08-01.

Responsibilities include identifying groups, scheduling and conducting meetings, managing the sales process, and providing regular updates.

Qualifications

• Vibrant relationship with Jesus Christ and personal integrity in public and private settings.
• Experience as an Adventure Guide for Rock N Water; 49er Fun experience is a plus.
• Valid California driver's license.

Job Title: Rock N Water Ambassador

Department: Rock-N-Water

Overview

The Rock N Water Ambassador role will work to further the mission of Rock N Water by connecting with and booking new churches, schools and other organizations in your specified region. With this role you'll actively seek and meet with potential groups face-to-face (or Facetime, Zoom, etc.) within a designated territory, building relationships, presenting camp options and closing sales.

Essential Functions:

1. Identify potential groups through networking and market research
2. Schedule and conduct in person meetings with group leaders to discuss their needs and present custom camp solutions
3. Manage sales process from lead generation to closing including follow up communication
4. Track sales performance providing regular updates to Director

Additional Functions:

1. Attend marketing events from time to time as needed
