Job summary

School of Rock Waldwick is hiring Instructors for Vocal, Guitar, Piano, and Bass to join a high‑energy team at our flagship Northern NJ studio. You will deliver engaging lessons, follow our award‑winning curriculum, and help students grow music and life skills in a supportive environment.

Available shifts include weekday afternoons and occasional Saturdays. This role emphasizes hands‑on teaching, professional development, and collaboration with an amazing staff of artists.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching and/or performing music professionally.
• Formal music school training preferred.
• Good communication and classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality private lessons and performances.
• Plan lessons using School of Rock curriculum and tools.
• Communicate progress with parents and act as brand ambassador.
• Assist with rehearsals and help maintain the studio and safety policies.
• Teach in‑person at the Waldwick studio.
