Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC in Anaheim, CA seeks a ROC Operations & Scheduling Manager to oversee the OCVIBE Remote Operations Center, coordinating staff, contractors, and technical content delivery for events. You will manage scheduling, resources, and run-of-show alignment to ensure on-time delivery of content across ROC systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in live entertainment or production operations.
• Experience coordinating complex production schedules and resources.
• Knowledge of media delivery workflows and codecs helpful.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Owns resource and crew planning for ROC events, scheduling staff and contractors by event needs and budget.
• Evaluate event requirements and allocate staff and technical resources across ROC disciplines.
• Coordinate contractor labor pool and manage scheduling conflicts as demand changes.
• Maintain master ROC calendar including load-in/out, rehearsals, and dependencies.
• Translate priorities into staffing plans and adjust for coverage and risks.
• Oversee content delivery deployments, sequencing, routing, and playback readiness.
• Develop deployment plans aligned with run-of-show and event calendar.
• Identify delivery risks and escalate issues to ROC leadership as needed.
• Partner with stakeholders to build budgets and resource plans for content initiatives.
• Analyze data on utilization, contractor spend, and scheduling efficiency to drive improvements.
