Job summary

OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC is seeking a Manager, Production (OCSE) to lead technical operations for Honda Center live events, including hockey and concerts. You will oversee AVL staff, coordinate audio, video, and lighting, and ensure on-site production readiness for sports, entertainment, and private bookings.

The role requires 5+ years in live AVL production within arenas or theaters, 3-4 years in supervision, and strong leadership of cross-functional crews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of live AVL production experience in a sports arena, stadium, or major theater.
• 3-4 years in a supervisory or management role leading technical crews.
• Experience in Live Entertainment Technology, Broadcast Production, and live events logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical staff for all live sports, tournaments, and entertainment events.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot venue LED fascia boards and main video scoreboards.
• Oversee broadcast control room operations for in-venue presentation and external streaming.
• Manage FOH and BOH playback systems, wireless frequency coordination, and intercoms for event staff.
• Collaborate with event managers and production teams to ensure show readiness.
