Job summary

H-E-B in Denton, TX is seeking a Meat Cutter to keep a well-stocked, clean meat department and provide superior customer service. You will cut, trim, bone meat for display or orders, weigh and wrap products, and rotate stock while following safety standards.

You’ll operate grinders, saws, slicers, and other equipment, assist customers with selections, and help ensure accurate labeling and production tracking. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Age 18+
• 1+ year of related experience and/or training
• Completion of power jack training and Meat Cutter certification within 3 months
• Knowledge of product rotation and department sanitation
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities Job Summary: As a Meat Cutter, you'll help provide a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. You'll prepare, package, and merchandise fresh product on a daily basis, while maintaining all department and food safety / sanitation standards.
