The role requires hands-on programming, debugging, and maintenance of robot systems, with focus on welding parameters, tool setup, and safety compliance in a modern factory setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in robotics or welding preferred.
• Electrical and PLC programming knowledge required.
• Minimum 2 years of robotic welding programming experience.
• Experience with Motoman and Milacron robots.
• Ability to read blueprints and program welds.

Responsibilities

• Program robotic welders and set up PLC/robot communications.
• Troubleshoot weld defects and robot-related issues.
• Debug robotics programs and provide technical support.
• Develop and document manufacturing work instructions.
• Train team members on equipment and programs.
• Assist with process improvements and new product launches.
