Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is looking for a Robotic Systems Operator for a 3rd shift in Georgia. You will monitor robotic cells, respond to faults, and support maintenance while ensuring safe, efficient production.

Responsibilities include managing RF-based inventory, operating AWCS, and collaborating with team members to prevent disruptions. Prior automation experience and safety training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year in manufacturing or distribution facilities.
• Experience with automated material handling systems is preferred.
• Technical training or certification in Robotics, Automation or Mechatronics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate order-picking gantry robotic systems and KUKA cells.
• Respond to system alarms, faults, jams, and interruptions.
• Perform fault recovery to restore production safely and efficiently.
• Monitor equipment performance via HMI interfaces and dashboards.
• Verify order accuracy, product flow, and pallet quality.
• Assist with startups, shutdowns, and recovery activities.
• Operate reach trucks and other equipment to replenish inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish to prevent disruptions.
• Complete inventory transactions using RF scanners and AWCS.
• Support cycle counts and movements; assist maintenance during PM/repairs.
• Escalate equipment concerns to Robotics Systems Analyst and document faults.
