Job summary
TekWissen Group seeks an Advanced Manufacturing Technology Engineer to deploy robotic systems and virtual safety solutions in Georgetown, KY. Qualifications
- Experience developing and deploying robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong project management with scopes, schedules, vendor oversight and status updates.
- CAD/CAM software experience and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Proven installation of manufacturing equipment and process improvements.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally ~25%.
- Willingness to work overtime ~20% as required.
- Experience with PLC projects, programming, and safety standards.
- Experience deploying and troubleshooting vision systems.
Responsibilities
- Deploy a new virtual safety system enabling robots to work without fences.
- Collaborate on developing and integrating robotic systems (ROS).
- Manage projects, write scopes of work, and coordinate vendors/contractors.
- Analyze engineering drawings and support equipment installation.
