Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of manufacturing project management experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software and specification development.
• Experience with automation or robotics preferred.
• Local talent in Georgetown, KY only.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate equipment project proposals, process capability assessments, and layout designs.
• Lead the implementation and cross-plant standardization of equipment strategies.
• Develop and refine equipment specifications, ensuring CoHE compliance and operational consistency across facilities.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as subject matter expert in technologies and automation systems.
