Mind Robotics is seeking a Software Engineer - Validation & Simulation to design test infrastructure, integrate simulation, and develop validation pipelines that let firmware, controls, and robot runtime teams move fast without breaking robots.

You will validate across software-in-the-loop environments, build automated test suites, and collaborate with engineers to drive reliable, field-ready robotic systems. Proficiency in Python and C/C++ or Rust is expected.

Competenze

• Degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent experience.
• Strong Python; C/C++ or Rust debugging.
• Experience building validation or test infra for real robots.
• Ability to work across firmware, controls and runtime teams.

Mansioni

• Design and build automated test suites for firmware, controls, and runtime in SIL.
• Integrate simulation inputs and dynamic models for robot testing.
• Own regression test infra and result analysis across teams.
• Collaborate to define testability requirements and turn failures into tests.
• Drive validation burn-down and issue closure across milestones.
