Job summary

GLOBAL Automation Technologies, LLC is seeking an Instructor to deliver technical training programs to customers, distributors, and client personnel in the automation field. You will present complex topics, develop instructional materials, and support hands-on training with simulators and lab setups.

The ideal candidate combines manufacturing or automation experience with strong communication and teaching skills, is eager to learn new technologies, and can travel occasionally to customer sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• Ability to teach complex topics related to science, technology, math, or related fields.
• Ability to learn, understand, and write code programs.

Responsibilities

• Teach client curriculum using PowerPoint Presentations with objectives, student outlines, and hands-on exercises.
• Report discrepancies between product and documentation to appropriate departments.
• Suggest improvements to the class curriculum.
• Prepare and maintain classrooms, simulators, labs, and training office areas for a best-in-class experience.
• Provide feedback to improve client employees’ culture and customer experience.
• Answer technical questions and advise actions to resolve problems for customers and client departments.
• Coordinate with other instructors for project continuity and completion.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites to present trainings as required.
