Qualifications

• Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Able to stand and move for 8+ hours per shift.
• Reliable, proactive, and composed under time pressure.
• Quick learner with mechanical or equipment handling aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Sort, assign, and stage pilot teleoperation kits before each shift.
• Prepare robots for data collection, including hardware bring-up checks and readiness verification.
• Track and maintain equipment inventory across shifts.
• Coordinate with shift leads to ensure all pilots are equipped and ready at start time.
• Identify and flag equipment issues before they impact data collection.
• Support teardown, reset, and organization between shifts.
• Follow proper equipment and robot maintenance procedures.
