Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in robotics/industrial automation.
Minimum 2 years of troubleshooting/maintenance of robotic systems in manufacturing.
Experience with FANUC/ABB/KUKA/Yaskawa or UR platforms.
Knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain industrial robots and automated equipment.
Troubleshoot robotic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control system issues.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on robotic systems and related equipment.
Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to restore operation.
Program and optimize robot paths and sequences to improve efficiency and quality.
Support startups, commissioning, and production launches.
Monitor robot performance and identify process improvements.
Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings; collaborate across teams.
