Job summary

LeoForce seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician with PLC and robotics expertise to support a highly automated plastics manufacturing operation. The role concentrates on electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, and robotics support, with some mechanical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience required.
• PLC programming troubleshooting experience; AutomationDirect preferred.
• Hands-on robotics systems experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Experience using diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support robotic integration and EOAT functionality in injection molding processes.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (AutomationDirect).
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors, sensors, relays, and controls.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to downtime.
• Support and maintain injection molding machines and related automation.
• Repair EOAT and assist with robotic integration.
• Install and troubleshoot wiring, conduit, and electrical components.
• Assist with mechanical repairs including conveyors, pumps, and production equipment.
• Document maintenance work in CMMS or internal systems.
• Communicate with production and leadership to minimize downtime and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support robotic integration, EOAT functionality, and automation within injection molding processes
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs (AutomationDirect)
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors, sensors, relays, and controls

• Repair EOAT (end-of-arm tooling) and assist with robotic integration

Must-Haves

• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial setting
• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting (AutomationDirect preferred)

• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Highly Preferred

• Plastics or injection molding background
