Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Robotic Technician to join our team on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3PM-1AM). The role ensures robotic equipment is loaded, running safely, and producing quality parts in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on mechanical aptitude, knowledge of FANUC robots or UR arms is a plus, and the ability to troubleshoot issues and collaborate with maintenance.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or robotic equipment experience preferred.
• FANUC industrial robots and UR familiarity is a plus.
• Basic IP addressing and network connectivity understanding is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Load and monitor robotic and production equipment.
• Ensure robots are running efficiently and producing quality parts.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and communicate larger concerns to maintenance or supervisors.
• Perform routine checks and basic preventative maintenance tasks.
• Conduct quality inspections using gauges or measurement tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Assist with production needs as required.
