Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Hardware and Software to drive end-to-end robotics programs across software, hardware, and systems teams. You will translate high-level goals into structured execution plans, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with engineers in lab environments to validate features and performance against KPIs.

The role requires 7+ years in TPM or similar, a strong foundation in Agile, and the ability to work hands-on

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar role.
Experience coordinating software, hardware, and robotics programs.
Strong understanding of architecture, services, and algorithms.
Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of complex, multi-team robotics software programs spanning multiple features and workstreams.
Coordinate across software, hardware, and systems teams managing interdependencies for end-to-end delivery.
Translate goals into structured execution plans with timelines and milestones.
Own program direction and align with broader organizational goals.
Partner with engineering teams to understand system services, architectures, and algorithms.
Support feature validation in lab environments and assist with system bring-up.
Track progress with defined metrics ensuring deployment readiness.
Contribute to planning across multiple product lines and future robotics initiatives.
