Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Clinical Sales Representative to advance robotic-assisted surgery in the Flint region. You will clinically sell to maximize da Vinci System utilization, partnering with surgeons and care teams to demonstrate benefits and drive adoption.

The role requires at least 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in healthcare sales, plus willingness to travel and work some evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.
• Proven record of success and strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to drive robot utilization.
• Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications.
• Be a Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing events to create system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure unsupervised use of the system.
• Drive expansion of the user base by working with KOLs.
• Drive the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative tasks and expense reporting.
