Job summary

DRH Search is assisting a well-funded startup in the factory robotics space in their search for robotics software engineers. The role will be based on-site at the Watertown, MA office, with multiple engineers being hired.

You will orchestrate real-time robot code, motion planning, and ML pipelines; build data labeling frontends, perception systems, and optimization compilers for robot intelligence; and contribute across the robotics stack from firmware to cloud.

Qualifications

• 2–10 years of software engineering experience in robotics, automation, or embedded systems.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building software for physical robotics systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop real-time robot code and motion planning optimization.
• Build and maintain data labeling frontends and perception systems.
• Work across firmware to cloud to tackle robotics challenges.
• Collaborate with teammates around a whiteboard to design systems.
• Deploy software directly into customer facilities and validate performance.
