Job summary

Plus 2 is seeking a robotics software intern to advance our robot's communication backbone by integrating ROS2 into our high-performance stack.

You will work on ROS2/DDS middleware, on-vehicle deployment, Linux environments, and performance benchmarking to optimize system interoperability. The role emphasizes hands-on development with C++17 and robotics middleware, in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C++17 with strong systems programming background.
• Experience integrating ROS2 into software stacks and middleware.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and debugging hardware interfaces.
• Knowledge of DDS and ROS middleware concepts is preferred.
• Experience with HIL testing and on-vehicle deployment is a plus.
• Understanding of ROS2 nodes, pubs/subs and services is beneficial.
