Job summary

Mujin is seeking a Robotics Software Engineer II/III to design, develop, and optimize low-level robotics software using MujinOS. The role emphasizes algorithmic development for automated material handling and tight integration with industrial arms and AGVs.

You will work with engineers, developers, and project managers to deploy scalable robotics solutions, tackle motion planning challenges, and ensure robust operation across distributed environments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or engineering, robotics, or related field, or a bachelor's with 2+ years of robotics or systems software experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize robotic system software using C++/Python.
• Implement and integrate algorithms for robotic manipulation tasks such as picking and material handling.
• Develop real-time communication and control modules with robot controllers and peripherals using C/C++.
• Create modular validation/verification tests with automated CI/CD pipelines in R&D.
